7.爪脚张开拨 杆的调整 Adjusting the button clamp jaw lever
为了防止缝纫机的意外起动，请关掉电源之后进行操作
注意
CAUTION
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.
在让停止位置的爪脚①上升的状态，拧松打开爪脚拨
杆固定螺丝②，让纽扣设定的爪脚②，把爪脚打开拨
杆③和塔形螺丝④之间的间隙为0.5-1mm，然后拧紧
打开爪脚拨杆固定螺丝②。

Bring the machine to its stop-motion state. Then lift button
clamp ①. Loosen screw ② in the button clamp jaw lever and
adjust so that a clearance of 0.5 to 1mm is provided between
button clamp jaw lever ③ and hinge screw ④ when placing a
button in between button clamps ①. Then tighten screw ② in
the button clamp jaw lever.

8.纽扣爪脚上 升量的调整 Adjusting the lifting amount of the button clamp
为了防止缝纫机的意外起动，请关掉电源之后进行操作
注意
CAUTION
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.
把压脚提升动作板②向A方向移动后， 提升量变低 ，
向B方向移动后， 则变高。调 整后把固定 螺丝确实
拧紧固定。请 拧紧2个固定螺 丝①，前后 调整压脚
提升动作板② 进行调整。
Loosen two setscrews ①, and move moving plate ② back and
forth in the direction of arrow to adjust. The lifting amount of
the button clamp will be decreased when moving plate ② is
moved in the direction of A, and be increased when it is moved
in the direction of B. After the adjustment securely tighten set-
screws ①.

拧松调整螺丝①，转动调节螺丝②，使布料运转中尽
量不要偏斜。
The pressure of the work clamp unit should be minimized as
long as the material does not warp during sewing. Loosen
adjusting screw ① and turn adjusting screw ② to obtain the af-
orementioned pressure.
