10.100/200V电压规格变换方法 Changing the voltage of 100/200V
变更电源电缆线和电源插头，就可以变换三相200/
200/240V规格和单相100/110/120V规格。
根据使用电压更换电源插头线。
有关电源电缆的连接变更内容，请参照[电源电缆的
连接]项目（p.5）。
（注意）设定100V系列时，如果接入200V电压的话，
就会应错误接续造成电路板损坏，请确认使用电源之
后进行连接的变更。
3-phase 200/220/240V type and single-phase 100/110/120V
type can be changed over by changing
the
power source cable
and changing over of the jumper.
Change over the jumper in accordance with the voltage used.
For the change of the connection of power source cable, refer
to the item (P. 5) of "Connecting the power source cable"
(NOTE) When a wrong connection such as putting 200V type
voltage at the time of setting 100V type or the like is performed,
the printed circuit board is broken. Perform the change of conn-
ection after checking the voltage used.
关掉电源开关，拔掉电源插头，过5分钟以上之后，打开控制箱盖，在进行作业。
注意
CAUTION
Turn OFF the power switch and draw out the power plug. Then open the cover of the control box and
perform the work after the lapse of five minutes or more.
11.向指定部位补充润滑脂 Replenishing the designated places with grease
使用缝纫机进行了一定的缝纫次数之后，打开电源时操作盘上会显示出异常代码NO.E220。这是通知需要
向指定部位补充润滑脂，此时请一定补充下列的润滑脂，叫出存储器开关NO.245，用复位键复位到[0]。
显示出异常NO.E220显示后，按复位键可以解除异常，但是再次打开电源后会再次显示出NO.E220。而且，
异常NO.E220显示，继续缝制一定时间后会显示出异常NO.E221，按复位键后即不能解除异常，同时缝纫
机变成不能动作。因此，显示出NO.E221之后，请一定向下列部位补充润滑脂，然后启动存储器开关NO.
245，用复位键复位到[0]。
（注意）
1. 补充润滑脂之后，如果不把存储器开关NO.245变更为[0]，异常NO.E220或NO.E221会被再次显示。
2. 向下列指定部位补充润滑脂时，请使用附属的润滑脂软管（货号40013640）。如果补充了指定以外的
润滑脂的话，有可能造成零部件损坏。
When the sewing machine has been used for a certain number of times of sewing, error code No. E220 is displayad on the
operation panel ai the time of turning ON the power This display informs the operator of the time of replenishing the designated
places with grease. Be sure to replenish the places with the grease below. Then call the memory switch No. 245 and set it
to "0" with the RESET key, Even after the display of the error No. E220, when the RESET key is pressed, the error is released,
and the sewing machine can be continuously used. Afterwards, however, the error No. E220 is displayed every time the power
is turned ON. In addition, when the sewing machine is used further for a certain period of time after the display of error No.E220,
the error No. E221 is displayed and the sewing machine fails to operate since the error cannot be released even when t
he RESET key is pressed. When the error No E221 is displayed, be sure to replenish the designated places below with grease.
Then start up the memory switch and set No. 245 to "0" with the RESET key.
(NOTE)
1. After replenishing the places with grease, the error No. E220 or No E221 is displayed again unless the memory switch No. 245
is changed to '0".
2. Use grease tube (Part No. 40013640) supplied as accessories to replenish the designated places below with grease. lf grease
other than the designated one is replenished, damage of components will be caused.
