润滑脂的时期，所以缝纫
机停止了。

这是不能对应的图案数据。

缝制间隔超过10mm。

超过缝制区域。

针杆上位置异常
Needle bar UP

针杆离开上位置。
Needle bar is out
of the needle UP
position.
把电源开关设定为OFF，排除
故障原因。
Turn OFF the power switch
and remove the cause of
troubles.
按复位开关，确认图案No.。
确认存储器开关No.201的内
容。
Press the reset switch and
check the pattern No. Check
the contents of memory
switch No. 201.
转动手飞轮，把针杆返回到
上位置。
Turn the hand pulley to
return the needle bar to

按复位开关，确认图案和X、
Y扩大率。
Press the reset switch and

关闭(OFF)电源，确认数据
ROM。

按复位开关切线后,再次开

用复位键把存储器开关No.245
设定为0。缝制作业中途不能
马上补充润滑脂时，用复位键
可以解除异常。

超过最大缝制范围30×40后被输出。
这不是防止压脚和机针的相碰。
This error is output when max. sewing
area, 30 x 40 is over. Interference of the
work clamp foot with needle is not protected.
