Point where the cutting starts is called origin point. The origin point can be set at any location.

Operation
1 Move the tool to the new origin point by pressing the
POSITION (
) key when it is in READY status.
Supplement
An Initial feed will be performed when initial
feed is set to ON and the [ORIGIN] key is
pressed. For more information on media
settings and automatic pre feeds, see "Initial
Feed"

2 Press the [ORIGIN] key.
New origin point is set, and "NEW ORIGIN POINT IS SET !" is displayed
for few seconds in the screen.
