      If neither the USER1 nor USER2 lamp lights up and nothing is displayed on the LCD panel of your GRAPHTEC Plotter, there is no power supplied. Check that the power cord is securely connected to the plotter's AC line inlet and the electrical outlet. Also, verify that the electrical outlet is receiving power.

      If media cut with your GRAPHTEC Plotter is hard to weed afterwards, or cannot be pulled up using a retack sheet: * Switch to a stickier retack sheet, as the current one may not be sticky enough. * Reduce the blade length, as the media might be getting entangled during cutting. * Promptly weed cut media, as cleaning may have been postponed too long.
