 Specify the ZONE number, command number, and the data number for the address number.
Example: When specifying TD1000A
Store “1000A” as the address number.
Lower address No. = 000A (HEX)
Higher address No. = 0001 (HEX)
Example: When specifying ZC100A0
Store “100A0” as the address number.
Lower address No. = 00A0 (HEX)
Higher address No. = 0001 (HEX)
 Specify the storage device memory address with the expansion code.
