a. Click the Advanced Setup tab.
b. Select 3000 from the ACL list.
c. Select the Rule ID box, and enter rule ID 2.
d. Select Permit from the Action list.
e. Select the Destination IP Address box, and enter IP address 10.1.1.1 and destination wildcard
0.0.0.0.
f. Select test-time from the Time Range list.
g. Click Add.

4. Add a class:
a. Select QoS > Classifier from the navigation tree.
