Parameters
max-number: Specifies the maximum number of online portal users allowed in the system, in the range 1
to 3000.
Description
Use the portal max-user command to set the maximum number of online portal users allowed in the
system.
Use the undo portal max-user command to restore the default.
By default, the maximum number of portal users allowed is 3000.
If the maximum number of portal users specified in the command is less than that of the current online
portal users, the command can be executed successfully and will not impact the online portal users, but
the system will not allow new portal users to log in until the number drops down below the limit.
Examples
# Set the maximum number of portal users allowed in the system to 100.

Parameters

Description
Use the portal move-mode auto command to enable support for portal user moving. Then, if an
authenticated user moves from a port of the device to another port of the device without logging off, the
user can continue to access the network (without re-authentication) if the following conditions are
satisfied:
ï‚· The new port is up.
ï‚· The original port and the new port belong to the same VLAN.
ï‚· The authorization information of the user, if any, is assigned to the new port successfully.
