You cannot configure a static binding on a port in an aggregation group or a service loopback group.

Parameters
ipv6: Binds an IPv6 address. If this keyword is not specified, this command configures a global static IPv4
binding.
ip-address ip-address: Specifies the IP address for the static binding. The ip-address argument represents
an IPv4 or IPv6 address. The IPv4 address can only be a Class A, Class B, or Class C address, and can
be neither 127.x.x.x nor 0.0.0.0, where x represents a number ranging from 0 to 255. The IPv6 address
cannot be all 0s, a multicast address, or a loopback address.
mac-address mac-address: Specifies the MAC address for the static binding in the format H-H-H. The
MAC address cannot be all 0s, all Fs (a broadcast address), or a multicast address.
all: Removes all global static bindings.
Description
Use the user-bind command to configure a global static binding.
Use the undo user-bind command to remove the configured global static binding.
By default, no global static binding is configured.
Global static bindings are used to filter IP packets from illegal hosts using the IP address or MAC address
of a legal host.
The global static bindings with the same IP address or MAC address cannot be configured. For example,
if you have configured a global static binding with IP address 1.1.1.1 and MAC address 1-1-1, the system
