Configuration Procedure
1. Check that the RSH daemon has been installed and started properly on the remote host:
a. From the Windows Control Panel, open the Administrative Tools folder. (For Windows XP,
if you use the category view of the Control Panel window, select Administrative Tools
from Performance and Maintenance.)

b. Double-click the Services icon to display the Services window.

c. Check for the Remote Shell Daemon entry. If it does not exist, install the daemon first.
d. Look at the Status column to check whether the Remote Shell Daemon service is started.
In this example, the service is not started yet.
e. Double-click the Remote Shell Daemon service row, and then in the popped up Remote
Shell Daemon Properties window, click Start to start the service, as shown in Figure 84.
