Configuration Roadmap
The configuration roadmap is as follows:
1. Create VLANs.
2. Configure the link type and default VLAN of the interface.
3. Enable the voice VLAN on the interface.
4. Set the mode of adding the interface to the voice VLAN to auto.
5. Set the OUI of the voice VLAN.
6. Set the aging time of the voice VLAN.
7. Set the working mode of the voice VLAN.
Data Preparation
To complete the configuration, you need the following data:
l Voice VLAN and VLAN through which the IP phone applies for an IP address: VLAN 2
and VLAN 6
l OUI and mask: 0011-2200-0000 and ffff-ff00-0000
l Aging time of the voice VLAN: 100 minutes
l Default VLAN of GigabitEthernet1/0/1: VLAN 6
