resides to a P2P link.
l In other cases, you can
enable the port to
automatically
determine whether to
connect to the P2P link.

On a switching device
running RSTP, if an
interface is connected to a
device running STP, the
interface automatically
transitions to the STP
mode.
Enabling MCheck on the
interface is required When
the interface fail to
automatically transition to
the RSTP mode.

time is set properly, the rate
at which BPDUs are sent
can be restricted, which
prevents RSTP from
