4. Adjustments
5. Move the reader until the green circle is perfectly centered on the
cross hairs, and the distance bar is centered and green. Tighten all
the screws to hold the readers position when it is aligned.
6. Install the Lower Front Panel assembly. Ensure that the “Barcode
Utility Program” Alignment screen is still the same. There should be
no change in the alignment on the screen.
7. Click the Exit button when the alignment is completed and the reader
is aligned.
8. Close the “Barcode Utility Program”.
9. Ensure that all of the alignment and mounting screws are tight.
10. Turn off the iQ200 power.
11. Remove the “Y” Cable.
12. Plug the cable from the reader into J13 on the Backplane. Do not
force the J13 connector it is keyed to go in one way (key is facing
down for proper orientation).
13. Exit the Service Application.
14. Restart the entire iQ200 system.
