Symptom Cause Remedy
Message “There is no licensed chart.” is
displayed in Chart Portfolio.
This CD does not contain
any licensed charts.
Insert the licensed CD
into the CD-ROM drive.
Message “Warning SA public key supplied on
the ENC media unmatches the pre-installed SA
public key.” is displayed in Chart Portfolio.
The selected SA Certifi-
cate file is incorrect.
Select the SA Certificate
file relevant to the data
server.
Cell Permit is not
imported yet.
Imported Cell Permit is
incorrect.
Cell Permit has been
deleted.
Message “Errors occurred in Decryption! Refer
the log to check the detail.” is displayed in
Chart Portfolio.
Cell Permit has already
expired.
Import correct Cell
Permit.
