Be sure that the paper length and width guides rest securely
against the paper.
If there is a gap, readjust the guides to fit the paper.

Gently push the cassette back in.

Insert a sheet of the required paper size and type, as shown in
the illustration.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [Device Settings] > [Paper Feeding] > [Cassette 1 Settings]

Configure the function.
Select the paper size and paper type.
