Configuring Shared Folder Access Permissions
If there is a workgroup item in System Properties, configure the settings below to limit folder access to a specific user or
group.

Display a screen.
Open up a window in File Explorer and select [View], and then [Options].

Configure the settings.
After confirming that the [View] tab is displayed, clear the check box next to [Use Sharing
Wizard (Recommended)] under "Advanced settings".

Click on the [OK] button.
• In Windows 7, from [Start] button on the Windows, select [Control Panel], [Appearance
and Personalization], and then [Folder Options].
• In Windows 8.1, select [Settings] in charms on Desktop, and select [Control Panel],
[Appearance and Personalization], and then [Folder Options].
