Remove all the paper.

Reload the paper.
Clearing Jammed Paper in Optional Unit

Open the front cover which you have to clear the jam by
referring the jam location indicator.

Clear the jammed paper by referring labels.

Close the front cover.
If the jammed paper is cleared, the red double circle on the jam location indicator will
disappear.
