Function Icons
This chapter uses icons to indicate the operations that each function can be used for (copying, sending, user box, USB
drive).
Icon Description
Access to the function from the Copy screen is indicated by icons.
The example on the left means that Selecting [Org./Paper/Finishing] tab in the Copy
screen allows you to access the function you want to use.
Access to the function from the Send screen is indicated by icons.
The example on the left means that Selecting [Org./Send Data Format] tab in the
Send screen allows you to access the function you want to use.
Access to the function from the Custom Box screen is indicated by icons.
The example on the left means that Selecting [Functions] tab in the Custom Box
screen allows you to access the function you want to use.
Access to the function from the USB Drive screen is indicated by icons.
