Troubleshooting > Clearing Paper Jams

The figure shown below is the paper path when printing with face-down.
• Do not reuse jammed papers.
• If the paper tears during removal, be sure to remove any loose scraps of paper from inside the machine.
Scraps of paper left in the machine could cause subsequent jamming.
• If the paper jam is not resolved, write down the message and jam code (Jxxx), and then consult your sales
representative or dealer.
