wo dierent ramps can be parameterized for the frequency setpoint. The calculaon of
the speed compensaon is based on the acve delay me at the point of the stop
command, either delay me 1 or delay me 2.

No speed compensaon is implemented if the delay me is acve for the quick stop.
•
No adjustment to the speed compensaon takes place if the delay is changed from
Deceleraon me 10x2918 (P221.00) to delay me 2 0x291A (P223.00) or vice versa
during deceleraon. The change-over is ignored.
•
The threshold for automac change-over to acceleraon me 2 and deceleraon me 2 is
ignored during deceleraon if this stop method is selected.
•
If the motor accelerates or decelerates at the me of the stop command, the speed
compensaon is calculated based on the output frequency at that me.
•
Ther
e is a
congurable stop threshold 0x291E:003 (P226.03) which denes the speed
range within which the stop funcon is acve and NOT acve. The stop threshold value is
congurable from 0.0% to 100.0%. The percentage refers to the maximum
frequency 0x2916 (P211.00). The standard seng for the threshold value for the speed-
compensated stop is 10.0%. When stopping from a speed that is greater or equal to the
stop threshold value, the stop funcon is acve. When stopping from a speed that is
smaller than the stop threshold value, the stop funcon is NOT acve; normal deceleraon
takes place.

The performance of the speed compensaon depends on several factors: motor control
type, total capacity of the system mechanics, mass inera, system fricon, etc. These
factors can inuence the calculaon of motor revoluons and consistency. Since the
mechanical and physical properes of the system cannot be inuenced by the inverter, the
system designer has to congure and test the speed compensaon for suitability in the
actual applicaon.
