Normal Normal status.
Transport error Transmission channel error was detected.
Parameter error Parameter error was detected.
CRC error CRC error was detected.
Timeout error Timeout error was detected.
Abort error CC-Link module (gate array) error was detected.
Setting error Setting error was detected.
Illegal Any other error was detected.
