the creaser module calibration-values on a piece of paper. The calibration-values are
stored on an EEROM on the controller PCB and must be manually written to the
replacement PCB assembly (See Section 4.5.18).
Tools:
• Anti-static wrist-band and lead
• Screwdriver: Pozidriv No. 2.
Before you start:
• Remove the electrical cabinet cover (See Section 4.2.12).
Step Action Information
1 Disconnect all of the cable
connectors from the controller
PCB.
2 Remove the five screws that attach
the
controller PCB to the electrical
cabinet.
3 Lift the controller PCB away from
the electrical cabinet.
4 Install the replacement controller
PCB
.
• Attach the cable connectors to
the controller PCB (See Section
7.3.8).
5 Calibrate the creaser unit (See Section 4.5.18).
4.12.3 Replace the Dual Stepper Drive PCB
The dual stepper PCB has two sets of mode configuration switches. The switches must
be set specifically for the type of function that the stepper motor is used for.
Caution: Always make a check that the position of the mode-configuration switches is
correct when you have replace
the dual stepper drive PCB (see Section 7.3.11).
Tools:
• Anti-static wrist-band and lead
• Screwdriver: Pozidriv No. 2.
Before you start:
• Remove the electrical cabinet cover (See Section 4.2.12).

1 Disconnect the cable connectors
from the
dual stepper PCB.
2 Disconnect the AC power supply
wires
from the dual stepper PCB.
3 Remove the five screws that attach
the
dual stepper PCB to the
electrical cabinet.
