5.4 Noise Filter Function
This LSI incorporates noise filters for external interrupt pins. The noise filter control register can be used to select
whether to enable or disable noise filters and sampling frequency. The sampling frequency can be selected from
1/4, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 of IOCLK.
