IX - 42 Interval Timer
TM8BC counter starts to count up. When the TM8BC counter and the TM8CA match, the timer 8 compare/cap-
ture A interrupt is generated at the rising edge of the next count clock. The interrupt request flag is set and the
value of the TM8BC counter is initialized to 0x0000 and starts to count up again.
Timer interrupt generation cycle = (TMnCA setting + 1) × Count clock source
