■ Count Timing of External Trigger (TMCLE flag= 0)
When the TMCLE flag is set to “0” and the binary counter stops at the rising edge of the next count clock of
matching the binary counter and the compare/capture register, the binary counter is the setting value of the com-
pare/capture register + 1. When the activation trigger is fed to the pin again, the binary counter restarts to count
up.

When the TMCLE flag is set to “1” and the binary counter stops at the rising edge of the next count clock of
matching the binary counter and the compare/capture register, the binary counter is 0x0000. When the activation
trigger is fed to the pin again, the binary counter restarts to count up.
