Use the same method to select the Rx source and set the threshold. The default state

Rx is OFF.
TIP
The sources o

Tx and Rx cannot be set to OFF at the same time.

olarity
Click or tap "Positive" or "Negative" in
Polarity.
• P
ositive: High level is logic "1" and low level is logic "0".
• Negative: High level is logic "0" and low level is logic "1".
Set the baud rate
Click or tap the drop-down button of
Baud to select the baud rate. The available
b
aud rates include 50 bps, 75 bps, 110 bps, 134 bps, 150 bps, and etc.
The oscilloscope allows you to self-define the baud rate. Click or tap the drop-down
button of
Baud to select "User" and then set the baud rate with the pop-up numeric
k
eypad.

Data to select the data bits. The available data
bits ar
e 5 bits, 6 bits, 7 bits, 8 bits, and 9 bits.
Parity
It is used to check whether the data transmission is correct. Click or tap the drop-
down button of
Parity to select the desired parity mode.
•
None: indicates that no check bit appears during the transmission.
• Even: indicates that the total number of "1" in the data bit and check bit is an
even number. For example, when 0x55 (01010101) is sent, "0" should be added
to the check bit.
• Odd: indicates that the total number of "1" in the data bit and check bit is an
odd number. For example, when 0x55 (01010101) is sent, "1" should be added to
the check bit.
Stop Bit
Click or tap the drop-down button of
Stop Bit to set the stop bits after each frame of
data. It can be set t
o 1 bit, 1.5 bits, or 2 bits.
