10. To edit or delete notes; tap/touch
on the desired note from the list:
11. Press the:
a. note pad icon to edit the note;
b. trash can icon to delete the
note;
c. print icon to print the selected
memo;
d. return icon to close the note.
12. Press anywhere outside the memo
list to close the list and return to
the register screen.
Team Viewer
The Team Viewer icon is available when you press the APP Launcher – Utility Information icon on the register
screen title bar. Team Viewer is a remote access utility that can be used to remotely support the SAM4POS
application. The Team Viewer Quick Support application is already pre-loaded on the SAM4POS terminals.
To be able to utilize this tool, a connection to the Internet is required.
Favorite Icon
The Favorite icon is available when you press the APP Launcher – Utility Information icon on the register screen
title bar. When selected the register mode is added to the Favorites List; when not selected the register mode
is removed from the Favorites List.
The favorite list is accessed from the main menu screen.
