"Advanced Settings" Window
Click to display the following window. If values are changed and
is clicked, this window closes and in the "System Administration" tab page
becomes active.
Access User
Set which users can access the system by clicking the check boxes
for these users. The check boxes for Administrators are always
selected; they cannot be deselected.
Use to change the name of the system currently logged into. This
button becomes active when not registered to a group. When
registered to a group, after selecting [-] (unregistered) from the pull-
down menu in the [Group] field and clicking , the user
must log in again.
Use this button to create a new group. This button becomes active
when [-] (unregistered) is displayed in the [Group] field.
Used to display the "Advanced Settings" window.
Used to apply the settings. This button becomes active when the
system information has been changed. If this button is clicked after
changing the group or system name, the user is automatically
logged out. After changing the IP address setting, IP address,
subnet mask, or default gateway, the user must log out and reboot
to enable the new settings.
Display Description
Gateway Input the address of the default gateway.
Ethernet Mode Select the Ethernet mode from the pull-down menu.
Specify location of
external Help file.
Specify the location of the Help file by URL.
Under normal circumstances, do not change the default setting.
(The default setting is "/help".)
