7.2.1 MESSAGES LINKED TO PRESENCE OR USE OF MOTORIZED CLAMP
These messages appear if the motorized clamp is not connected or
connected wrongly with the machine in motion.
To work safely, turn off the machine and follow the instructions on
the display.
ATTENTION!
Connecting or disconnecting the motorized clamp with the
machine in motion may damage the electronic circuit board.
ERROR 14
SWITCH OFF THE MACHINE!
Connect the jaw and restart.
ERROR 15
SWITCH OFF THE MACHINE!
Disconnect the jaw and restart.
7.3 ALARM MESSAGES
The temperature for the mother board has exceeded the setting.
Check the cooling fan (see Ch.8.3 TROUBLE SHOOTING)
ALARM 1
TEMPERATURE ALARM
Mother board temperature
too high
Switch the machine o!
Indicates that the fuse has been cut out due to a short circuit in an
inlet or outlet (see Ch.8.3 TROUBLE SHOOTING)
ALARM 2
I/O POWER ALARM
Check F4 fuse
Indicates a short circuit on the port (IN/OUT) (see Ch.8.3 TROUBLE
SHOOTING)
ALARM 3
DIGITAL OUTLET
PROTECTION ALARM
Switch o the machine!
The message indicates faulty functioning of the axis involved in the
clearing procedure.
Clearing sensor or photocell not working.
Repeat the operation a number of times. If the problem persists
contact After-Sales.
ALARM 9
Axis movement not completed
during reseng phase!
This message appears when an application on the PC tries to
transfer data to the machine in the wrong format.
Check whether there is a more recent version of the program used
by the PC.
ALARM 10
Data format received from PC is
not compable with the machine
SW version.
See operang manual.
This happens when the wrong machine SW (i.e. not specically for
the machine model) is downloaded.
ALARM 11
Machine hardware version
is not compable with
the installed program.
