1. CIP 200 Acid-Based Process and Research Cleaner Bag-
in-a-Box container is empty.
• Replace Bag-in-a-Box container (refer to S
ECTION 6.8).
2. If container is not empty, cleaner injection system is
clogged. If container was just changed, it may be
improperly connected.
• Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE), clean Bag-in-a-Box injection system, and reinstall
Bag-in-a-Box container (refer to S
ECTION 6.8).
3. Defective cleaner pressure switch, call STERIS.*
