• Remove the countershaft assembly
7 and driveshaft assem-
bly

CRANKSHAFT REMOVAL
• Remove the crankshaft with the special tool.

REED VALVE REMOVAL
• Remove the reed valve guide
1 and reed valve
2.
CAUTION
Be careful not to damage the thread part of the crank-
shaft.
