Input Shaft and Seal

1. Orient the pump with the shaft pointing up.
2. Remove outer internal retaining ring (1).
3. Remove seal support washer (2).
4. Install a fitting with an air chuck into the case drain
port. Use air pressure to push shaft seal (3) out of
pump housing.
5. Remove internal retaining ring (1).
6. Pull input shaft (6) and bearing (5) out of pump
housing.
7. Remove external retaining ring (4).
8. Press bearing (5) off the input shaft (6) using the
inner race.
9. Remove the remaining external retaining ring (4).

1. Flip the pump over.
2. Remove eight screws (13).
3. Remove trunnion covers (10 and 15).
4. Remove and discard O-rings (14).
5. Press trunnion shaft seal (11) out of trunnion cover
(10).
• It is important that pump parts are marked
and placed in assembly order to aid in
assembly.
• It is important that all pump parts are
absolutely clean, as contamination can result
in serious damage and/or improper operation.
• Never use shop towels or rags to dry parts
after cleaning, as lint may clog passages. Dry
parts using compressed air.
