forbi-directionalîš¿ltrationwhichpreventsîš¿lteredunwanted
materialfromenteringintothecircuitregardlessofow
direction.
Ifacomponentfailureoccursintheclosedlooptraction
circuit,contaminationfromthedamagedpartwillremainin
thecircuituntilyouremoveit.Installahighowhydraulic-uid
îš¿lterintothecircuitwhenyouconnectthehydraulictest
gaugesinordertotestthetractioncircuitcomponentsor
afteryoureplaceafailedtractioncircuitcomponent(e.g.,
hydraulicpumporhydraulicmotor).Thisîš¿lterremoves
contaminationfromthehydraulicuidinthetractioncircuit,
therebypreventingadditionalcomponentdamage.
