1. Measure and mark the place where the upper clamp is to be installed.
To install the enclosure at eye height, place the bottom of the upper clamp
approximately 1.45 m (4 ft 9 in) from the ground.
2. Attach the halves of the top clamp to the pole mast.
a) 7 cm (2.76 in) from the top of the clamp to the radiation shield
b) 4 cm (1.57 in) from the top of the clamp to the top of the mounting frame
