Programmable attributes for wireless sensors
Description Text description of the sensor.
Sensor Type The type of wireless sensor detected (e.g. magnetic contact, PIR).
Zone The zone number to which the sensor has been enrolled.
Zone Type The type of zone (e.g. Alarm, Entry/Exit).
Area Areas to which the zone is assigned.
Edit a sensor
To edit a sensor:
1. Click the Edit button beside the sensor you want to edit.
2. Edit the sensor attributes.
3. Click Save to save your changes.
17.9.1.2 WPA
l You can only configure a WPA or check WPA status on the keypad if there is a wireless
module fitted on the panel or any of the panel expanders.
l A WPA is compatible with SiWay RF Kit (SPCW110, 111, 112, 114 ) only.
A WPA is not assigned to a user. Usually, a WPA is shared by several people, for example, security
guards working in shifts. Alternatively a WPA may be permanently attached to a surface such as under
a desk or behind a till.
