8 Troubleshooting
Danger to life due to improper troubleshooting
In case of improper troubleshooting, you may suerfrom
severe or deadly injuries caused by, for example, electric
shocks, axis and spindle movements, loose pneumatic com-
ponents and pneumatic hoses. In addition, your machine
ma
y ge
t damaged.
h Do not remove the housing of the machine.
h Before you check or run pneumatic hoses, close the ex
-
ternal compressed air supply valve.
h Before you check or run electric cables or power con-
nectors, disconnect the machine from the electrical
sour
ce and pre
vent it from being restarted.
h Do not perform any troubleshooting while the machine
is operating.
h Wear safety gloves throughout the troubleshooting pro
-
cess.
h If you are unsure of how to perform certain steps during
troubleshooting or cannot solve the problems, abort the
troubleshooting and contact customer service.

M1. If you have not removed the transport lock from the
working chamber yet, disconnect the machine from
the CAM computer.
M2. Connect the machine to the electrical source and switch
it on via the main power switch.
M3. If the working chamber lighting does not illuminate,
check if the power cable is properly seated in the ma-
chine and is connected to the power source.

I have installed all components, started DentalCNC
but the machine does not reference.

Is the working chamber door open? The machine does
not reference with the working chamber door open.
M Close the working chamber door.

Is the USB cable connected properly?
M Check if the USB cable is properly seated in the con-
nector and is undamaged. If possible, use the provided
cable.
Ø
Is the correct port specied in DentalCNC? Without
the correct port, the application will not establish a
connection with the machine.
S1. Start DentalCNC.
S2. Try to have the application determine the correct port
in the application settings.

My machine does not execute any jobs although
DentalCNC displays that there is a connection be-
tween the CAM computer and the machine.

Is the working chamber door open? The machine
does not move the axes if the working chamber door
is open.

tools keep breaking.

Do the tool positions in DentalCNC correspond to the
tools in the tool magazines of the machine? If not, the
machine uses the wrong tools during job execution.
S1. Call up the job execution view in DentalCNC.
S2. Compare the tool positions in the application to the
tools in the tool magazines.
M3. Replace the wrong tools in the tool magazines with the
correct ones.
