3.3 Working chamber
The machine processes all blanks in the working chamber.

Colors of the working chamber lighting

Iftheworkingchamberlightingisinsucient,provide
additional lighting.
Your N4 Impression illuminates the working chamber in dif
-
ferent colors. The color will change depending on the state
of
themachine.Youndthecolorsandrespectivemachine
statuses in the following table:
Colour Status
Green Machine is ready, working chamber door
closed
White Machine is ready, working chamber door
open
Blue Machine is executing a job
Red A machine malfunction has occurred
3.4 Cooling liquid tank
Damaging of the machine when using a non-
approved cooling lubricant or machining with no
lubricant at all
The approved cooling lubricant protects the machine from
damage caused by wet machining.
h Only use cooling lubricants that have been approved for
your machine by customer service.
h Before wet machining, ensure that the proper amount of
cooling lubricant has been added to the cooling liquid.

cooling liquid is an emulsion of water and the cooling lubri

cant Tec Liquid Pro (chapter
4.5, page 14).
After injection into the working chamber, the cooling liquid
owsbackintothetank.Duetothisclosedcircuit,thelossof
cooling liquid during processing is minimal.
Awashablecoarseltermatisinstalledinthecoolingliquid
tank and protects the pump from dirt.

h Only open the cooling liquid tank when the working
chamber door is closed.
h Never open the cooling liquid tank while the machine
is operating.
h Immediately wipe up leaking cooling liquid under the
machine after opening the cooling liquid tank.
h Always close the cooling liquid tank completely.
