– There must be the following components on the temperature
sender - G694- .
1 - Support washer
2 - O-ring
Note
If the O-ring and support washer have been left in the cylinder
head, they must be pulled out with a wire. To do this, obtain a wire
which is slightly crooked at the end and bend it ∅ approx. 1.5 mm.
Installing:
– Moisten O-ring with coolant additive.
– Place temperature sender - G694- in its installation position
and use a suitable tool to press it into cylinder head.
Perform further installation in reverse order, paying attention to
the following:
• Specified torque for temperature sender - G694- : 5 Nm.
