Installing:
– Apply a small amount of sealant - D 454 300 A2- to cover at
marked positions -arrows-.
– Fit cylinder head cover and tighten equally from inside out
-1 to 17-.
Perform further installation in reverse order, paying attention to
the following:

Renew cylinder head cover if damaged or leaking.
♦
Bolt intake manifold first to cylinder head. Then tighten the two
bolts of intake manifold support.
♦
Ensure fuel hoses are seated correctly.
– If necessary fill with coolant ⇒ page 158 .
