23 - Fuel high-pressure pipe
❑ 28 Nm
❑ Make sure that fuel pipe does not touch other components!
❑ To install, first tighten union nuts hand tight.
❑ The fuel pressure in the high-pressure line can reach 120 bar! Wear protective goggles and protective
clothing to avoid injury and contact with the skin. Before loosening fuel lines, wrap cleaning cloths around
the connection. Then release pressure by carefully loosening the union nuts.
❑ To loosen and tighten the union nut, counterhold with a wrench at high-pressure pump connection.
❑ Before installing: first tighten connection at high-pressure pump to 40 Nm.
