Adjust idle speed
1. Bring engine up to operating temperature.
2. Open the engine cover.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to hot and moving engine parts!
Hot and moving engine parts can cause injury.
Wear protective equipment.
3. Loosen the nut 1 and tighten the Bowden cable until the idle speed has
been reached.
4. Tighten the nut 1.
5. Loosen nut 2 and screw until the stop.
6. Tighten the nut 2.
Removing/installing the engine
Preparing work
Tools:
Suitable lifting tackle with a carrying capacity of at least 200 kg
Suitable slings (cables and shackles) with corresponding load-bearing
capacity
Container for collecting oil
Receptacle for collecting the coolant
Plugs (different sizes) for closing the oil lines
Technical data
Environment
Use a suitable container to collect the fuel and coolant as they drain and
dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner!
