Towing the vehicle
DANGER
Accident hazard when towing the machine
The towing vehicle must have enough traction force and be fitted with a
safe braking system.
The machine may only be towed using suitable towing equipment
(towing bar) in connection with suitable towing gear, such as a towing
coupling, hooks and eyes.
Install articulated-joint lock.
Ensure that no one is between the vehicles.
NOTICE
If there is no feed the hydraulic circuit empties. This can lead to
overheating.
If possible, let the engine run at idling speed when towing the machine.
Only tow at slow speed (about 5 kph) and over a distance of 0.5 km as
a maximum.
After towing
1. Loosen hexagon nuts 3.
2. Unscrew screws 1 and 2 as far as they will go.
3. Retighten hexagon nuts 3.
NOTICE
The closed hydraulic circuit empties itself when towing with the bypass
enabled. This can cause unintentional functions when restarting the
traveling drive.
Start the traveling drive only after having completely filled and bled the
hydraulic circuit.
