Removing/installing the hydraulic oil reservoir

Tools:
• Suitable receptacle for collecting the hydraulic oil
• Plugs (different sizes) for closing the oil lines

Environment
Use a suitable container to collect the hydraulic oil as it drains off and
dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner!
1. Remove the floor panel – see “Removing/installing the base plate” on
page 10-2.
2. Drain the hydraulic oil completely – see “Changing hydraulic oil” on
page 1-53.
3. Loosen the sleeve nuts 3 of the hydraulic hoses.
4. Remove the hydraulic hoses.
5. Close all openings with suitable plugs.
6. Remove connector 2.
7. Remove two screws 1.
8. Disconnect both connectors 4 from the pressure switch.
9. Loosen the sleeve nuts 5 and 6 of the hydraulic hoses.
10.Remove the hydraulic hoses.
