E Introduction
Safety instructions
• Ensure that no connections are confused! The fittings, lengths and
quality of hydraulic lines, especially their pressure and temperature
resistance, must comply with the technical requirements!
Emergency measures in case of an accident
Breathing:
• Supply persons with fresh air and seek medical attention depending on
symptoms.
• Remove person from the danger zone.
Eye contact:
Rinse thoroughly several minutes with plenty of water. Seek medical
attention if necessary.
Skin contact:
Wash thoroughly with plenty of water and soap, immediately remove
soaked clothes, seek medical attention in case of skin irritations
(reddening, etc.).
Swallowing:
Do not induce vomiting, immediately seek medical attention.
Releasing residual pressure in the hydraulic system
If a hydraulic system has to be opened immediately after shutting down
the machine, release the pressure in the hydraulic system first!
The loader unit can be operated during a limited period of time in case of
engine malfunction.
► Immediately after identifying engine or hydraulic malfunction, fully
lower the loader unit and release the residual pressure in the hydraulic
system.
Proceed as follows to the release residual pressure in the hydraulic
system (observe the order of the work steps!):
1. Fully lower the loader unit.
2. Stop the engine.
3. Engage the starter.
4. Immediately after stopping the engine, move the control levers and
switches of the hydraulic system repeatedly in all directions.
5. Release the pressure in the hydraulic oil reservoir by opening the filler
inlet.
➥ The pressure in all hydraulic systems is released.
Safety instructions for work on the air conditioning system
Maintenance and repair work may only be performed by specialized cryo-
service centers.
The air-conditioning system is filled with an HFC refrigerant which can
damage the atmosphere. Be particularly careful when working on the air
conditioning system. Refrigerant must always be extracted and recycled
properly
