Checking and adjusting working pressure
Preparing work
Ensure the entire system is sealed
Check all fluid levels
Bring the machine to operating temperature (55°C, -5°C/+10°C)
Rated values
1. Insert the check gauge into the quick-change coupling.
2. Remove the cap of the control console on the outside
see “Removing/installing filler cap for the control console” on
page 1-19.
3. Pull off the cap of the primary pressure relief valve 1 on the control
valve.
4. Applying full gas, drive the working hydraulics to the stop.
5. Set the working pressure using the adjusting screw.
Loosen the screw = lower pressure
Tighten the screw = higher pressure

Suitable receptacle for collecting the hydraulic oil
Plugs (different sizes) for closing the oil lines

Use a suitable container to collect the hydraulic oil as it drains off and
dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner!
