Signal indicator
• Indication of functional readiness
- Two control LEDs (green/red) in the window of the pump indicate the
pump functions.
- The red LED always indicates an error in the program sequence.
• Lubrication active
- The green LED illuminates over the entire period in which lubrication
is active.
- The red LED is not active.
• Speed error
- If there is a speed error on the pump motor, the red LED flashes in a
one-second cycle.
- The green LED is not active.
• CPU memory error
- If there is a memory error, the red LED flashes in a 0.5-second cycle.
- The green LED is not active.
Filling the central lubrication system
• The lubrication system is filled via the grease zerk (2) or a fill coupling
with a manual or pneumatic grease gun.
NOTICE
Use only commercially available greases up to NLGI class 2 to avoid
damage to the lubrication system and the lubrication points!
