10.Remove the flange 4.
11.Remove hydraulic hoses.
12.Loosen union nut 5 of the hydraulic line.
13.Remove the hydraulic line.
14.Close the hydraulic lines and variable displacement motor with plugs.
15.Remove the cardan shaft – see “Removing/installing the cardan shaft”
on page 4-19.
Injury hazard due to heavy component.
► Use lifting gear of sufficient lifting capacity.
► Use functionally safe lifting gear.
► Use the lifting gear on firm and level ground.
► Fasten the lifting gear in a suitable position of the component, or in a
position provided for this.
16.Fasten suitable lifting gear (for example, a round sling) onto the
variable displacement pump.
17.Tighten the lifting gear.
18.Remove Allen screws 6
19.Remove the opposite screws and then remove the variable
displacement motor in a downward motion.
Install in the reverse order.
Always use new quad rings when attaching the hydraulic lines with the
help of the flange halves.
