Variable displacement pump
Checking/adjusting the pressure cutoff
Checking
1. Remove the operator seat – see “Removing/installing the operator
seat” on page 1-18.
2. Connect a test pressure gage (0...600 bar) to measurement
connection M

of the variable displacement pump.
3. Carefully drive the loader in front of an obstacle with the quickhitch.
4. When performing forward machine travel, drive the loader against the
obstacle and slowly increase the engine speed to maximum.
5. Read the pressure off the test pressure gage (specified value: 440
bar).
6. Adjust the pressure cutoff if necessary.
Adjustment
7. Pull off the cap of the pressure relief valve 8.
8. Loosen the nut.
9. To adjust the pressure cutoff with the screw:
- Turn the screw clockwise: the pressure increases.
- Turn the screw anticlockwise: pressure decreases.
10.Tighten the nut.
11.Check pressure cutoff again.
