8.2.6 Condition Check of the Cables and Lines
Maintenance Tasks:
1. Open all doors (Figure 13, Figure 14).
2. Check all cables and lines for damage.
In case of damage, renew the damaged cables and lines.
8.2.7 Condition Check of the Fuses
Maintenance Tasks:
1. Open doors in Section +C1 (Figure 21).
2. Check if all miniature circuit breakers are in position I.
If miniature circuit breakers are in position 0, switch miniature circuit
breakers in position I.
3. Open doors in Sections +C1, +C3, +C6 (Figure 13).
4. Check that the motor protecting switches (-F103), (-F104), (-F203), (-F204) in
Section +C1, (-F116) in Section +C3, (-F216) in Section +C6 are in position I.
If motor protecting switches are in positon 0, switch them in position I.
5. Open doors in Sections +C3, +C6 (Figure 13).
6. Check if LV-fuses of fuse switch-disconnectors are intact.
If LV-fuses are not intact, renew LV-fuse.
7. Open doors in Sections +C2, +C5 (Figure 14).
8. Check if PV-fuse is triggered.
If the PV-fuse is triggered, renew PV-fuse.
8.2.8 Check of the Cooling System
8.2.8.1 Visual Inspection
Maintenance Tasks:
1. Check fluid level (Section 4.4.4).
2. Open doors in Sections +C3, +C6 (Figure 13).
3. Check all hose couplings and hose connections for leakage.
In case of leakage, please contact customer service (Section 11).
