NOTICE: Figure 53 and Figure 54 show only a part of the screw connections.
NOTICE: Each door has 5 door hinges.
NOTICE: To check and tighten the middle screw of a door hinge, a special tool is
required.
Procedure:
1. Make sure that the product has no mechanical damage.
2. Dismount protective covers in Sections +C2, +C3, +C5 and +C6 (Figure 16,
Figure 17).
3. Check and tighten all screws of all mounting angles and of all mounting edges
of the cabinet.
4. Check and tighten all door hinges (Figure 53, Pos. 1).
5. Tighten screws with a torque of 7 Nm.
6. Mount protective covers in Sections +C2, +C3, +C5, +C6.

Requirements for door positioning:
• The door must be levelled.
• The door edges must be parallel to each other.
• It is not allowed to have distance between the height of the door.
Procedure:
1. Check the position of the doors and the covers in relation to each other and to
the frame (Figure 55).
2. Adjust the door position, if necessary.
